Think fun, buzzy all-day kitchen vibes with a fresh approach to our menus, using the best local ingredients. Breakfast in the morning, & fun and relaxed food all day to be the perfect accompaniment to our busy bar.
Working within our company ethos of a seasonal, fun & relaxed approach, you will support the head chef in leading the kitchen team to ensure excellent standards and smooth kitchen operations, whilst coaching your team to actively encourage development.

The Lion at Pennard is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie.
Think fun, buzzy all-day kitchen vibes with a fresh approach to our menus, using the best local ingredients. You will be a pivotal member of the kitchen team, showcasing your skills and learning new techniques everyday.
Working within our company ethos of a seasonal, fun & relaxed approach, you will report and support to the Head Chef and manage the service in a confident manner.
